Closed-Loop Process

    Collect end-of-life products such as HDDs, motors, and speakers containing rare-earth magnets.

    Disassemble and purify to remove impurities and separate rare-earth elements.

    Alloy, sinter, and machine to achieve new magnet forms with high precision.
  4. 4
    Apply surface coating (Ni/Zn/Epoxy) and magnetize (axial, diametral, or multipole).
